It’s days like this if you want an easy supper. We were enticed to just purchase pizza and pop open up a cold ale (or two), but I made a decision to try this Cooked Shrimp Scampi formula that were hanging out my formula folder for quite a while. Shrimp scampi is normally manufactured in a skillet as the pasta is prepared inside a stockpot, but this edition uses the stove for everything. That’s perfect. One dish to completely clean. This Baked Shrimp Scampi couldn’t become easier to create, and it’s packed with the wonderful tastes of lemon, garlic clove and Parmesan. Great tasting!

Perhaps you have baked pasta within the oven? It could be carried out! The pasta absorbs even more liquid than you may believe (~4 cups to the 1 lb of linguine), however the result is really a nice, easy supper. Best that pasta with some shrimp (covered in Panko breadcrumbs) and carry on baking for a longer time, and you end up getting this classic meal…but it had been baked entirely within the oven!

Shrimp make (or, in cases like this, bake) quickly, therefore monitor ’em as soon as you put this meal back the oven. If you want a straightforward weeknight food, this Baked Shrimp Scampi is an excellent one! It requires longer than half an hour, but that’s because it takes a while for that pasta to bake. The energetic cooking time with this one is most likely only 15-20 moments. Enjoy, friends!
