Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup weighty / thickened lotion (See Notice 2 for sub choices)
  • 1 – 2 garlic clove cloves , minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sodium & pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely cut eschallots , white component only (Notice 3)
  • New parsley and lemon pieces , to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat stove to 200C / 390F (all ovens).
  2. Place fish inside a baking meal – make sure the seafood isn’t crammed in as well snugly. See movie or pictures in article. Sprinkle both edges of seafood with sodium and pepper.
