A crowd pleaser recipe for Pineapple Margaritas manufactured in two ways: Pineapple Margaritas around the Rocks and Frozen Pineapple Margaritas. Made out of only 5 ingredients and ready in only a few momemts.

Between your weather starting to warm up and Cinco de Mayo being right nearby, I’m feeling just like the brutally cold winter days are finally arriving at a finish. So today, I’m celebrating the light shining at the end from the tunnel with the best drink recipe, Pineapple Margarita. That is my go-to drink to order when the elements warms up.

Ingredients

FOR THAT Rim:

  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • Zest of the lime

FOR THAT Pineapple Margarita around the Rocks

  • 2 oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. triple sec or orange liquor
  • 4 oz. Powell & Mahoney Margarita Mix
  • 4 oz. pineapple juice

FOR THAT Frozen Pineapple Margaritas

  • 1 cup frozen cut pineapple
  • 4 oz. Powell & Mahoney Margarita Mix
  • 2oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. triple sec or orange liquor
  • As Garnish
  • Wedges of lime
  • Wedge of pineapple

Instructions

  1. TO CREATE Pineapple Margaritas around the Rocks:
  2. Mix together salt and chili powder on a little flat plate. Wet the sides of the margarita glass having a wedge of lime. Rim the glass within the salt mixture. Stick it within the freezer when you are making the cocktail.
  3. Fill a mason jar or shaker with ice. Pour in tequila, orange liquor, and Powell & Mahoney Margarita Mix. Give it a shake.
  4. Pour in the cold glass over ice.
  5. TO CREATE Frozen Pineapple Margaritas:
  6. Place all ingredients inside a blend. Blend until smooth. Pour right into a cold margarita glass. Garnish with lime and pineapple wedges.

Notes
Each one of these ingredients are for 1 serving. Feel absolve to multiply it if you’re serving multiple people.
If you don’t have triple sec readily available, feel absolve to use more tequila instead.
