Low Carb Naan

Being of indian descent, it might seem creating a LOW CARBOHYDRATE Naan recipe would come a little more better to me than most, nonetheless it didn’t. It took me some time to really find out what flours and fibers worked best together. Understanding what each flour does when cooked is key. And, in cases like this, knowing coconut flour and psyllium husk powder would develop a pliable naan like bread is exactly what led me to the LOW CARBOHYDRATE Naan recipe. SINCE I HAVE discovered steps to make these I’ve always ensured some are always in the fridge for all of us to snack on or make sandwiches from!

Your naan does not have to become garlic-y, but being that it’s one of well known flavors and ingredients to utilize we decided we wished to make garlic naan. We tried refrigerated minced garlic, but discovered that it isn’t strong enough of the flavor ahead through. We next used minced up raw garlic cloves and tossed it in to the naan dough before cooking. Worked like a dream! The greater you add the greater garlic-y it’ll be. You can also top the warm naan having a garlic butter!
