Whole30 mac and cheese recipe made with spaghetti squash, coconut cashew cheese sauce, and grass fed mini hot dogs. A healthy and fun kid friendly paleo lunch of dinner. Makes for easy whole30 meal prep too!
I made this macintosh and cheddar on my instagram a week ago and everybody went off the deep end for it, so I figured I should share how I made it.Really, it was simply extras blended in a bowl and a portion of my moving fave grass took care of scaled down wieners.
I began with a base of prepared spaghetti squash for noodles, finished off with cheddar sauce (make it here–it’s my alfredo formula :)), and mixed in some Teton Waters Ranch grass took care of franks (I get them here or at Costco!).Everything about this formula is simple, kid agreeable, and grown-up well disposed as well, obviously!
