INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl add broccoli, olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese and mix until combined
  3. Pour broccoli onto a baking sheet and sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture over the top
  4. Bake on the top rack for 18-20 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and let set 1-2 minutes.
