  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick oil spray.
  3. Prepare the green beans by washing, trimming the ends and removing any moisture from them using paper towels.
  4. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl stir together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Pour the mixture on top of the green beans and toss to evenly coat.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Distribute the cheese evenly on top.
  9. Return to the oven and broil until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly and golden, about 4-5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
