INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 2/3 cup Applesauce (or Mashed Banana)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Vegan Mini-Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 glass pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients: rolled oats, applesauce or mashed bananas, water, salt, mini-chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Pour into parchment paper lined pan. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on the top if you’d like.
  5. Bake for 28 minutes, but do not open the door when the timer goes off. Just turn the oven off and set the timer for 20 minutes. When the time is up, remove the pan from the oven.
  6. Let cool and slice into squares.
