Country Hamburger Skillet is a quick easy dinner made with fresh sliced potatoes, ground beef, seasonings, and grated cheese. Sometimes the BEST dishes are the most simple! A true meat and potatoes meal!

This formula all started on the grounds that we had been holiday and I hadn’t gone shopping for food yet! I realized the opportunity had arrived! One can just milk the “get-away blues” however long humanly conceivable. I needed to prepare supper.

When the storeroom is void what do ya do? Ya set out to think critically … (this could take some time). What could I make? At that point I recollected! There was an entire nursery brimming with potato’s. (I trust I did? We planted potatoes a couple of months prior. Without a doubt there were minimal balance circles there at this point? If it’s not too much trouble, let there be potatoes under those withering plants!)I walked out the nursery with incredible reason. Sure I’d strike “gold”. Yukon Gold! (Gracious that was a lovely segue… haha) Lucky for me… I struck gold!!! (Alright so they don’t glance super purty in this photograph… however there’s a stomach brimming with yum under that soil!)

Time to take those messy minimal round spheres and transform them into one speedy, simple, mysteriously scrumptious supper! One that the men at your home will totally LOVE! (I realize cause mine each had two servings!)

How’s that for basic?! That is everything to this brilliant skillet supper. I didn’t fancy everything up. This is intended to be a “stick ta yer ribs” farm supper! You can add a dab of acrid cream or salsa if your “feelin’ it”.Those garden new Yukon Gold’s were “soften in your mouth” rich great. The flavor from the meat, onions, garlic and flavors is heavenly!

I served this supper with my nursery new Oven Fried Squash, thick cuts of acrid mixture bread, and a straightforward new organic product salad! It’s SO good!Nothing like too many search evenings to cause you to see the value in a basic nation feast!

A quick simple hearty Country Hamburger and Potato Skillet dinner! Ready in minutes using just one pan! Perfect for your Nest!
