Since I started eating super low carbohydrate – or “keto” – I have already been experimenting with all sorts of fun quality recipes – a few of which were absolutely incredible… plus some of which I’ve literally trashed and tried to cover the data before Mike obtained home.

Among the things I have already been most amazed with is how occasionally the easiest of recipes find yourself tasting the very best. BOTH OF THESE ingredient Parmesan cheese Crisps are usually no exception.

I discovered this sort of by accident and also have become completely dependent on these – altering up among the two ingredients to produce a completely different taste.

These Two-Ingredient Cheese Crisps will be a crowd favorite. With only one carb per serving, they are the perfect keto snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 mug shredded cheese
  • 2 egg whites only

Instructions

  1. Preheat stove to 400.
  2. In a little mixing bowl, mix the egg whites, cheddar, and any natural herbs or spices you selected.
  3. Grease a 24 slot machine mini muffin skillet and drop really small portions from the cheese mixture in to the muffin tins.
  4. Distribute it around setting it up as slim as it is possible to for ideal crispiness.
  5. Bake for 10-20 moments, or until browned to your preference.
  6. Allow to amazing before serving.

NOTES

Depending on the size of your eggs you may want to add additional shredded cheese. You want the cheese to be “wet” with the egg whites.

Change up your Cheese Crisps by using different varieties of shredded cheese or by adding in seasonings such as garlic, cayenne, and rosemary!

For best results, use a silicone baking pan to easily remove cheese crisps when cooled.
